Please read the following policy for more details on how to return items and request a refund.
1. Return Eligibility
You are eligible to return products within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as the following conditions are met:
- The product is in unused, unopened, and resellable condition.
- The product is returned in its original packaging.
- The product is not part of a final sale or promotional clearance item.
If any of the conditions above are not met, we reserve the right to refuse a return.
2. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these simple steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at info@kikiuumakeup.com or call us at 502-829-9188 with your order number and the items you wish to return.
- Return Authorization: After we receive your return request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and instructions on how to proceed with the return.
- Package the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including any tags, inserts, and accessories.
- Return Shipping: Ship the item to the provided return address. Please note that return shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for the shipping fees unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
3. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take an additional 3-5 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund and reflect it in your account.
- If the product is defective or we made an error in fulfilling your order, we will cover return shipping costs and provide a full refund.
- If the return is due to buyer’s remorse (e.g., wrong shade or product preference), the return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer, and the refund will be processed minus any applicable shipping fees.
4. Exchanges
At this time, KIKIUUMAKEUP does not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, you may return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to request a return and a full refund. We will provide instructions on how to return the damaged product, and we will cover the return shipping costs.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Products marked as “final sale” or “clearance”.
- Opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons, including lipsticks, mascaras, and foundations that have been opened or used.
- Gift cards and digital downloads.
7. Late Returns
Returns made after the 30-day return window will not be accepted, and no refund will be issued.
